Customer Service Charter
We believe that hiring a contractor should be a pleasant experience. Completion of your project to the highest standard is the minimum requirement in our book. As the homeowner and customer, you have a right to expect standards with regard to professionalism, courtesy and respect for your home. With this in mind, we have a Customer Service Charter - a list of behaviours and actions which we think most customers would regard as highly important attributes when they invite a contractor into their home:
1. We always keep appointments. 7. We keep the client informed of progress.
2. We quote a fixed labour price. 8. We are happy to accommodate design changes.
3. We work on one project at a time. 9. We do not use foul or offensive language.
4. We do not rush or cut corners. 10. We treat your home with respect.
5. We do not leave a project until it is complete. 11. We take pride in our work - it is our living advert.
6. We always leave the job site clean and tidy. 12. If there's a problem with anything - we will come back.
